The Model
Cho's Vending supplies, delivers, and installs the machine behind your bar at no cost to your venue. We handle mounting, setup, and testing.
Products are sold through your existing POS system by your staff. No training required — it works like any other product you already sell.
Cho's Vending handles all restocking, maintenance, and inventory management. You never touch the machine after installation.
At the end of each month, you keep 30% of gross sales. We send full sales reporting and collect our 70% share via e-transfer.
Partnership Terms
You keep 30% of every gross sale. Cho's Vending takes 70%. Paid monthly via Interac e-Transfer within 7 business days of month-end.
No purchase, no lease, no maintenance fees. We supply the machine, the products, and everything in between. You provide wall space and one outlet.
One-year initial term with automatic renewal. Either party can exit with 30 days written notice — no penalties, no complications.
Installation, restocking, maintenance, sales reporting — fully handled by Cho's Vending. Your team does nothing beyond processing sales at the POS.
Regulatory Compliance
Every aspect of our operation is structured to meet federal and Ontario regulatory requirements. Venues take on no additional compliance burden.
Health Canada compliant products — 20mg/mL nicotine maximum, bilingual packaging, excise duty stamped
Staff-operated model — machine is behind the bar, inaccessible to patrons, compliant with Section 10(2)(b) of the Smoke-Free Ontario Act, 2017
Mint and tobacco flavours only — no fruit, candy, or flavour-restricted products. Fully compliant with Ontario and federal flavour regulations
19+ age verification — handled at point of sale by venue staff, consistent with existing AGCO obligations for licensed premises

We partner exclusively with licensed Ontario establishments where 19+ age verification is already embedded in day-to-day operations. All products we supply are Health Canada-compliant and excise duty stamped.
